In-House Planning Department
Following an enquiry a Director will meet you on site as soon as possible to discuss your proposed extension, alteration or conversion and to offer advice.
We will provide quotations to prepare drawings for Planning Applications, Building Regulations, Listed Building Applications and suggest early budget figures. We will make Local Authority Applications on your behalf and advise on their fees.

Upon receipt of your initial enquiry we will record your details, including name, address, telephone number and a brief description of the work so that we could assign the relevant person.
At our initial meeting we will discuss with you your requirements and take detailed notes to enable us to provide you with a fixed priced quotation if this is possible. Sometimes the nature of the work will make it impossible to provide a fixed priced quotation where appropriate.
